South San Francisco, California - November 2008 - Environmental Products and Design opened their new "green" showroom located at 1 Chestnut Avenue in South San Francisco today with a launch event that showcased the viability and quality of environmentally friendly construction products. The showroom, which allows architects, designers and home owners to physically experience the latest in environmentally responsible wares, is the first such display area in the South San Francisco Area. With the latest generation of environmentally conscious construction and design products now available, Environmental Products and Design has succeeded in marrying aesthetics and environmental concerns into beautifully designed spaces. At the same time,deeply concerned about the planet and the health of the people who will be living in those rooms, I want to use products that are non-toxic both to the planet and people." Environmental Products and Design's mission is to provide materials that don't compromise design or the environment and to make it easier for all designers, architects, contractors and homeowners to make wise buying decisions. While people can currently research and buy environmentally sound construction and design products, Environmental Products and Design has done all of this work already and amalgamated these products into living design.
